Kaisa's Machine

Join us on June 12 for a performance by jazz quartet Kaisa인터넷바카라�s Machine, featuring acclaimed Finnish bass player and ASF Fellow Kaisa Mäensivu with Max Light (guitar), Eden Ladin (piano), and Joe Peri (drums)!

With compositions ranging from bouncy to groovy, to celebratory to existential, Kaisa인터넷바카라�s Machine was formed by Mäensivu in 2015, and released the debut album In the Key of K in 2017. Now based in NYC, the group has brought new players into its orbit, and released the follow-up album Taking Shape with Greenleaf Music in 2023. With richly emotive and demanding writing, Mäensivu인터넷바카라�s music features a sense of story, a sonic richness and surprise.
